Hey, if you figure out what it is let me know. I'll bet the website is hilarious also!

Here's an article posted about it:

Man sells ex-wife's wedding dress for beer on eBay

12:58 PM PDT on Wednesday, April 28, 2004

By ERIC WILKINSON / KING 5 News

You know what they say: Always a bridesmaid...
SEATTLE – For sale: One wedding gown, slightly used, worn only twice – once by the bride, once by the groom.

It's an eBay auction that's turning a burly, bearded biker into a blushing bride.

You know a guy is broken up about his big breakup when he starts to wear his ex-wife's wedding dress around the house.

When Larry Star's wife left him two years ago, she kept the $4,000 ring, but left the $1,200 dress.

"This dress cost me $1,200 that my drunken sot of an ex-father-in-law swore up and down he would pay for but didn't so I got stuck with the bill," Star wrote on his eBay description. "Luckily I only got stuck with his daughter for 5 years."

The gown – size 12 and sleeveless, so as to accent any tattoos – was originally slated to be burned.

But then Star decided revenge is best served up on eBay, where the auction page has already received 140 bids and more than a million hits.

Among the bids is a handful of marriage proposals.

At one point, bidding was up to $25,000. Star says he'd like to use the money to buy some beer and see a Mariners game.

--I'm beginning to think it was worn more like 3-5 times... he was on the news and the Today show. LOL

I'd say it's a bad omen when a burly guy can actually fit into his wife's wedding dress.
