Hey anybody got any advice on this??/ My amazon has started chewing her wing feathers off! Not pulling them out, she's actually chewing them down to the nib. I don't know if she thinks that if she does it I won't have to take her in to get clipped?? (she really HATES getting clipped!) I'm at my wits end and don't know what to do about it.

thats why i hate clipping it makes them mental. what your bird is doing is called barbering. (SP?) there are sites devoted to this. i cant say one right off the top of my head, cause i dont have a bird that barbers. someone will come along soon with the answers.
