I haven't forgotten my beloved friends here and I haven't forgotten to show photos of my gang, just been super busy! I'm working 7-9 days between both jobs and I go home and crash! I'm just so tired. My babies are very angry with mommy too! But I did take Mizz Scarley out Saturday and went shopping for a few small items and she helped me bake birdie bread yesterday. My pooch Scarlet is the only one who isn't be 100% ignored since she sleeps with me. It's been toooooooooo hot here in GA to take her walking, so we just play in the house. I did manage to get the cages outside the other day and sprayed them down with the pressure washer this weekend when I got off from work.

No strange people walked into our home this weekend. But i did get ugly with a customer at the store I work at. We have gone to PRE PAY on the fuel if paying with cash. Too many drive off's and I'll be darn if I'm filling up other people's cars when I can't fill my own up! We even have nice BOLD signs on the gas tank. Now if they're a regular customer, we'll turn the pumps on for them. So all shift long i'm saying over the innercom, "I apologize but we have gone to pre-pay now." After my announcement this lady came marching her angry butt into the store, (dropping the F-bomb with every 3rd word) and we have a store full of kids. She's saying she's never heard of such and it was just an outrage that it's come to this and she'll never buy gas from our good for nothing asses again & she would never pre-pay for fuel EVER!!! Insert the proper cuss words about every third word & you'll have what she said! I handed her $50 back and told her we didn't need her attitude, or her profanity in our store and the best thing for her to do is go up the road about an 1/8 of a mile and use that station & if she thinks she'll never pre-pay for gas, she's sadly mistaken. She then yelled, "I want to see your manager!" Manager stepped from the office that was behind me & told her, "you heard her!" But when she left my manager got onto me but she agreed with what I said too. We're on Video & audio so our home office can tune in at ANY time. So Beth had to be the good manager and tell me not to talk back to customers though she agreed with me!

Well I guess I better get back to work!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow that'e one ugly customer you had!!!
Good thing she isn't paying for petrol over here - if you see her again, tell her she would be paying close to $2 a litre if she were over here. That should calm her fractious nerves.

hehe that made me laugh. Your manager is a legend! Tell Beth she's awesome for me? I love it how you don't take crap from anybody.

I have a story:
A lady was yelling and swearing at my best friend's family at a gas station when they were on holiday. She was yelling that they were taking too long, but they were just filling up and paying, like any normal customer. They told her they hadn't paid yet, and she kept yelling at them. Suddenly, she climbed into their car(!) and started to move it- with the little brother still in there! The dad stepped in front of the car and the lady got out- face to face with my best friend. She pointed to her nose mocking my friend's nose-ring and called her a whore. My friend also doesn't take crap from anybody, and said something along the lines of "Eff off you effing c!" And the lady looked gob smacked, and left.
Well, I'm glad you didn't have to use profanities to fix your problem! It's a shame there are people like that in this world- especially when they have to do it in front of kids.

Yipee, good for you. I cant get over people that act like this, and they are adults!!!

I have had jobs where I had to handle customers or clients that were mad at the world and thought they were gonna take it out on me. They were sadly mistaken too! I have learned to be nice in a mean way! hehehehhee

It is amazing when you work on the frontline with customers. Ninety percent are great, or at least unremarkable, but that other ten percent can make life pretty rotten. Think how miserable it must be to live in their world every day and pray they don't have animals to vent their anger on.

hahahaha, your awesome red!! i hate the rotten customers, i have some of those sometimes LOL. i need to get a job where i dont have to deal with people LMAO
