profile options - amazing what makes you think of things

Oh gosh, am I allowed to have a quarter life crisis?

I was playing with some of the newer profile options... put in my birthday, then saw birdyland (25) on April's calander. I thought, wait a minute, I'll be 24. Nope, I'll be 25 and I have no idea how I got there so fast! Last thing I knew, I was 23...

In reality it's been an awfully long year, that I won't go into for the most part because a lot of it wasn't fun, but here's some of the happy stuff:
-I turned 24 - 10 days after I got married.... which will be a year in April, and still madly in love :-}
-We went on our honeymoon, and a couple of other camping and non-camping, small trips
-Our friends that intoduced hubby and I had a baby
-My best friend found out she will have a baby (in about another 6.5 months)
-My work moved to a nicer building
-Hubby moved in and the birds adapted splendidly
-Brother in law got married (hubby's brother)
-My Brother and family (inc. 2 yr old nephew) moving back to CA

Anyway, I don't know where the year went, and I can't believe we're coming up on March already. Most of all, I can't believe I'll be 25!

The most important thing for any person is to learn and have useful in his life. But the person who becomes old and still don`t make something which is really useful ,then he will feel that his life had gone.....being old is not a problem! but you are guys are still young. In my opinion I think person get old when he is over 65!!!

Dana,

I know exactly how you feel! I will be 25 on March 24th and I feel like a just graduated from high school! It is the strangest thing. My older sisters have told me that they are going to tease me when I do turn 25 because I teased them when they did, but I keep telling them that it is okay because they will always be older then me!!! Besides, don't forget the plus side-car insurance goes down!!!

Anyway, happy early birthday!

Lindy

I turned 34 yesterday and I'm lovin it. So far, the 30's have been the best years for me yet and looking forward to the next 6. Hope the 40's are just as good. I'm sure they will be.

My Mom said she has had more fun in her 40's cause all us kids are out of the house, and her and Dad can take some vacations. So far they have been to Scotland, England, 2 cruises and this summer are taking the Harley out for a long road trip.

I'm not afraid of getting older... I'm married now and have a family to look forward too (not just quite yet, but in a year or two). Thanks all for your encouragements!

It's just that when your 4, 10 seems old. When 14 or 18 - 25 seems old. Now I'm there and I still feel like a kid. Only now I'm a kid playing house, wondering if that feeling ever goes away; I hope not.

Being a youngest child, I think I might always feel like the baby of the family, even when I have grandkids of my own. I hope so. I don't ever want to "grow up". I always want to be into the new technologies, the new music, new places....while cherishing and nourishing my family, my memories, and my experiences.
