going to have to wait until she gets here...............sorry all, couldn't resist. Hubby says he wants to see her in person and watch her before we choose a name...
Also, we are having a bird show in Pensacola this weekend so my cage concern has been solved as they always sell good cages way cheap........... God has been so good to me~

Since Macaws are found in Peru (among other places), I just though of a possible name: Inca

Just off the top of my head. Or maybe city names like Lima, Cuzco, Iquitos? The Manu biosphere in Peru is on my wish list to visit someday.

Why not make up a special symbol and name her that? Like Prince! (LOL). I don't care what you name her, but please name her something soon. Toots and Baby are starting to become her AKA.

Since this little sweetie is so little, and oh, so sweet, yet a little spunky, we have named her "Tinkerbell". It seems to fit her perfectly

I had a pair of tiels once that I named "Tinker" (the bird always messing w/ the dish) and "Bell" (the one that was always singing). Tinkerbell on a Macaw is so much more cute!
