I know you are all probably sick of me writing to bragg, but I just have to. I am so proud of my "little" girl (she just turned 15 and is 5' 10"). She made the state squad (Queenlsand Volleyball Association under 17's womens team) about 1 month ago and goes down to Brisbane for her 1st traning session this weekend. Yesterday she tried out for the Open (under 19's) and 15 year girls Capricornia teams and she made both teams. She trials at the Open state championships next month in Gladstone (we don't have to travel far for that one). We do not expect her to make the state team for that one as there will be too many older girls to pick from. she trials for the 15 year girls in Toowoomba in May, she has a very good chance of making that state team. If she does, that means all the more fundraising.

I repeat, what's the point of having a wonderful kid if you don't brag about them? I'm always happy to hear about any of my friends children. After all, it does take a village to raise a child.

Thanks guys. You are right about "it does take a village to raise a child", Nancy. My youngest (almost 3) will need about 6 villages to help raise him I think. LOL
