Caribbean cruise with NO internet, NO phone, and NO ONE we knew. Add gorgeous scenery, fish, stingrays, parrots, and friendly cruise line staff and you get. . . .

Heaven.

Did miss the puppies and Scarlett by the end of it, though.

Scarlett did AWESOME while we were gone, btw. Not a single messed up feather!!

Oh, I missed you and all your great fids, too!! We kept thinking about little Miss Emma. Glad the news was mostly wonderful!!

And Marcia - we're not trying to jinx ourselves yet. We've officially bird-proofed the new home, so Scarlett is getting moved in tonight. She might be naked by tomorrow
