Thumbs up "Bird Talk Magazine" subscription

for many years now I have been renewing my bird talk mag at a show I attend each year. I get two years of BT for the price of one. I refuse to full price once I found out that I can get it "cheeper"*haha* at the show. Also because I have watched bird talk grow since the very first issue...I have also watched the price increase dramatically.
This past year, I was on the hunt for "Bird Talk Terry". This is what I always called her since I did not knwo her last name, tho, I have renewed my subscription through her 3 times already.
Last year I found her, and at that time, she was not doing the subscription thing...What Was I to do??? I know I am good untill April of 2006....but who waits because of the prices I got???
Well...through the internet...I have been incontact with a lady who was named Terry. Some of the things she has said was all to familiar in her emails, and I finally came out and adked her if she was indeed...Bird Talk Terry....she laughed and said it was!!!!
I asked her again about BT and the deals I was able to get....
To my joy...she sent me an email, and I aksed her if I can send it along to my freinds and the boards I visit...she said yes...so here it is....

She is 100% reliable....and been in business for MANY years. She is at every bird club show in the NJ area. Anyone can subscribe.... you can put my name somewhere in your note to her, so she knows that you go tthe information through me....

Hi, Lisa. Bowtie Publications has arranged for a fund-raising campaign for Arcadia Sanctuary and I am hoping your group will help us. We can sell Bird Talk magazine subscriptions - either new or renewal - at 2 years for $27.97 and Arcadia Bird Sanctuary and Educational Center will get $3 for every subscription. It is a great way to get a fantastic deal on Bird Talk, and help the Bird Sanctuary at the same time. If anyone is interested, they can send their name and address, and a $27.97 check,
made out to Bird Talk Magazine,
Arcadia Bird Sanctuary
PO Box 548,
Freehold, NJ 07728.
We will be sending them in every week. If it is renewal, they can send one of their labels with their check.

Thanks for all your help!

Terri

Lisa, I am interested but I have not been able to find a website that allows Australians to subscribe to American mags and ship to Australia. Do you have an overseas subscription rate and can you take Paypal? Obviously I can't send checks either.

Yikes! Americans can get 2 years for $28 and foreigners have to pay $42 for only one year? I may have to think on that one. Can you get their articles online at all?

Tiki...did you contact Terri? did I send you her email?...**LOL** my mind is not all there lately...

ALSO...
Canadians need to add $18 US to the amount for a total of $45.97 US funds. This is a significant savings for them. A two year subscription would normally be $74 US w/postage, so they are saving $28 ! !

Tiki, if you want to you can always have it mailed to me, and I can put it into an envelope every couple months and mail it off to you. I checked the usps site and it is only

Global Priority Mail - Flat-rate Envelope 4 - 6 Days $5.00

No customs forms, nothing. I can just print off postage on my computer and stick it in my mail box. Let me know if you want to do that. You can send postage through PayPal.

Though if it was mailed every month, it would be cheaper to get a subscription.
