Jen,
Question, How did you get the pic to show up in the Attach files???
when I did it, it was just a link.

Folks, Please don't use a bird that was already posted before.
TIP: when posting a bird always look and see if that bird was used before.
Jen,
If you can please post a different pic. It's still your turn;)

Yes Jen it is still your turn since it was posted. I think why it was confusing is the other picture is different even though it is the same bird. The only reason I was so sure of the bird is because this is the exact pic used at Lexicon of Parrots. The other pic wasn't. Also I can understand that if you have missed out seeing a bird posted you might come in on the last page instead of checking all 11 or more pages to see if that bird was there before! If anyone would like we could do an update with a list of all birds that have been posted before and just have a list of all posted birds that can be added to each time a new bird is guessed correctly.

So no problems this is a fun game and go ahead and post again Jen

Steph

it IS a Scaly-Headed Parrot.

I'm just curious...Isn't "scaly-headed parrot" another name for a Maximaillan Pionus?

I sure didn't have any idea if they were the same but I did a google search and they use them interchangably but since Jen was the one who guessed the exact type correctly she would still be the winner. Lisa........... would have been correct about it belonging to the Pionus grouping though but she didn't guess the correct type so either answer would have been correct if given I would imagine, I will go back up and add it to the bird list.
