Well hello! I'm relatively new....been on board for about a year, when I got my "keet keets". Congrats on your work in University and your job at the Safari...that's awesome. I was a Marine Environmental Science major (graduated in 2007) and I'm looking into environmental law. The hubby and I have talked about finding our own zoo eventually, one of those rescue zoos where we take in the animals people thought were going to be good pets.
It's very nice to meet you and glad you're back on the board! :o)

Howdy & welcome back!
Been on here a couple or 3 years now myself & whaddya know, we're practically neighbors! LOL! In fact, my daughter was just at the ALS last weekend. Cool job ya got. My daughter would love to do that kind of thing when she gets older...(she's only ten now). We'll have to check out the parrot show next time we go there....maybe we can say Hi in person! It's great to hear from someone else on here that doesn't live 1000Kms away or more...... (Psst - that's 621.37 miles away for those metrically challenged. Don't be such a stanger! Good luck with the rest of your schooling! (( I love your Avatar pic. What sub-species is that??? ))

Hello glad to meet you! I am Chris. Been here almost a year myself.
What a cool job you have. You are very lucky to work with so many parrots and it looks like you are heading for a very interesting career. Would love to hear all about your work experiences. I would bet no 2 days are alike! Chris
