Cross your fingers for me!
I am going to go look at a house to actually buy tomorrow. If it all checks out alright at first light... I will need the bank to approve me and the inspector to be honest.
It is a small house (2 bedroom, 1 bath), but quite cute and with nice property behind it with woods, stream... and a railroad (ya cannot have everything! LOL). There is a detached garage with an addition built onto it that used to be an alterations shop. It is only about 15ft x 25ft... but might become something in the future. And did I mention the 2... TWO sun porches? One on the front that gets evening sun... one on the back that gets morning! Seasonal sun porches, one that gets warm in winter... other stays cool in summer! LOL Keep your fingers crossed now!
