Great Parrot behaviour site!

http://www.thegabrielfoundation.org/HTML/friedman.htm

Here you find the writings of Dr. Susan Friedman PHD and Behavorist.
She has some really interesting writings on bird in temporary shelters, behaviour issues, positive reinforcement and punishment, among other interesting things.

:eusa_clap thanks for sharing last Lynda. There's some very interesting reading. I have to head out to Wal-Mart, but will pick it back up when I get home.

Thanks so much. I have read all of the articles and saved them to my computer. She really is a remarkable woman. I must say, she is very convincing.

She has a bunch of neat stuff going on.

We have a similar one down on the Gold Coast. I may go to the June one as the April one is booked out. Better anyway as I will have a new quaker by then and will have gotten to know his personality by then, but hopefully I will choose a good one. Aussies-take note!
