My new lil pet (rescued)

Today a lady and her daughter came in to my store and asked me to take there guinea pig becuase they could no longer care for it ..because it ate too much ??? she told me to take it or she would eat it ???? so I took it and now hes with me in a new big extra large rabbit cage from hagen hes so sweet ..she said he was 3 months old but i doubt it hes way to big for that age ..hes a shelty i think not sure but such a sweetie :P

She would eat the guinea pig??? Sounds familiar.... like that guy who 'found' a rabbit and demanded to get $10K by buying his products or giving it to him or else he'd eat the rabbit... Though the way you put this, it sounds as if they gave you the guinea pig for free... errr.......

I've always liked little critters but never had a guinea pig, it's still something that's in the back of my mind. I had a hedgehog a few years back though, they're really neat. I guess the only thing that bothers me is their relatively short lifespan.

Awwww Cute! I love piggies! i used to have a couple- both died in very unfortante accidents - neither my fault. They are good cute little pets and i love how they talk all the time "meep meep beeeeeeep!" and buck...its so cute.

My daughter and grandson have a little guinea pig named stormy....he's so cute and super tame as they spend a lot of time with it.
