Hello everyone,

I will be selling my home very soon and I have a large (approx 800 square foot) aviary in my back yard. I would prefer to sell to a fellow bird enthusiast instead of tearing the aviary down. The home itself is in great condition-recently remodled, it's a corner lot (approx 6500 square foot lot and 1100 square foot home) with nice lanscaping, and the asking price would be 460k.
