I've seen the movie before, even saw the beginning twice! It is quite gross how he went from healthy to unhealthy. In truth though, no one should be eating fast food more than once a week.

As far as myself, I've been eating less as well, though been eating more popsicles (ice food, so digests quickly and I'm not hungary). However, the only main reason why I've been eating less is because my mother has been getting home later, I don't normally cook (so I prefer easy to make foods such as a sandwhich), roommate only recently got back and really hasn't made much food beyond some soup, and a few days ago, there wasn't any 'easy to make' food in the house (so to say the least, if I wanted a meal, I'd have to start from scratch and make it). Having less food in the house though keeps me from just binging on munchies, even though I usually hardly eat any food unless there is a good amount of food that I can eat with leftovers. It's pretty bad though that I can still out-eat quite a few of my guy friends... though they normally eat more food than I do during the entire course of a day.

Powdered diet drinks usually taste awful and the ready made ones over here are really expensive-like $5 each! So I have using the low carb powdered ones and gritting my teeth-Yuck!

Weight watchers

Although I've been horrible lately at following it, weight watchers will work.....they do have something that I love....if you join a meeting then they will give you a code to access their "tools" online at their website. It allows you to electronically track your points and progress. It is 29.99 for three mo's but it is worth it for me.
