I dont know if its the same where You are all from--but here in N.C. The Churches all use their Signs for bits of wit or wisdom or whatever--WELL This is on the sign on a Church just a mile or so from my house--it says

"Would You Give Your Pet Parrot To Your Preacher?"

Lord have mercy--I cracked Up when I saw that! I sure have a couple that could NOT be re-homed with a Preacher(LOL) Bonnie

I don't know, some of the priests that we know, sure do have a sense of humour, they even don't seem to mind my warped sense of humour and occassional "frenchness" in "bilingual languages" if you get my drift. My husband is a "christian' and even he tolerates me. LOL.
