I'll have to get some pics up of my car....seeing as how my old one, slightly customized, was torn up in the wreck. Right now on the car I've got a lot of stuff (mostly all taken from the wrecked car).
First off, it's a 97 Dodge neon manual transmission (gotta love those neons) SOHC. Performance mods include: Iceman Cold Air Intake, Underdrive Pulley, 16 inch wheels (adds some nice grip compared to stock 14s), Pretty mods include a custom painted interior and diamond clear headlights. My sound system is powered by a Clarion DXZ-835MP head unit, and once I finally get some money, I'll be ordering a set of Clarion 3 way components, powered by a clarion APA450 amp, and 2 12" clarion subs powered by an APA2001 amp, and both amps look identical so should make out to be a nice rack. OH, and nice car ;-) Kevin |

Ahhh...cars, my other passion! :icon_smil
Neat car sweetie! You're right, your car is orignal..not many people have a "pimped out" Intrepid!! My boyfriend is all about making sure no part is left untouched on his little "racecar". He's got a 1997 Eagle Talon TSI AWD (it's a turbo car) and so far he's dumped I'd say about $18,000 (not including cost of car itself, which was actually very little because it was his mother's car and he just took over the remainder of her loan). Aesthetically, the car isn't all that "eye popping", but it's what's under the hood that counts. :icon_wink Two years ago he ran a 12.6 in the 1/4 mile and since then has made some modifications (new ported head and intake manifold are the major ones) but hadn't had a chance to get to the drag strip to see his progress. He'd be preparing for a trip to the strip right about now if he hadn't blown his transmission (manual) while doing a pull the other day. Anyway, here are a couple of pics. The pictures under the hood don't really tell the full story because, of course, you can't see all the car's guts. (In the picture with two cars, his is the one on the right. The other car is a 14.0 all-motor Integra that belongs to his friend. His friend just upgraded to a new Honda S2000 though...sweeeettt!) |

Great cars!
As for my car - I will spare you pics. I drive a Black 2004 Dodge Caravan Sport all wheel drive, which for most soccer moms would probably be a thrill. :icon_roll But a minivan just isn't ME. Oh how I wish someone would pimp my ride! :icon_lol:

Nice cars!
Not my cup of tea though..... I'm a classic car gal. Muscle Cars restored to original condition. My Dad and I used to buy them, restore them, drive them for awhile, then sell them; mostly 60s Chevys. We currently have a few cars left that need some work, but we haven't been doing much the last few years since he got sick. Only a few more weeks until the local weekly car shows get going around here, I can't wait. Maybe dad will feel up to going too.... that would be nice. My favorite car of all time btw..... '69 Camaro Z28 SS 302....Red with white Z stripes, black/white houndstooth interior. We had one. I CRIED...no make that BAWLED... the day we sold it. Since Dad was sick and we had a buyer in-hand, the $$ was more important. C'est la Vie One that we still have that I would love to finish when I get some extra $$ is a '64 409 Impala SS Convertible....

1972 oldsmobile omega. We are currently fixing her up! Her license plate is OMEGA. The omega is the car in the back of the picture with the white top. Man, I can't wait to finish fixing it up!
