She doesn't like dogs Kali, careful with that one! I was so tempted with her too, and so was Mich. If only I had the money for cat food! If I got a kitten I would teach it to "go" in the toilet so I wouldn't have to clean kitty litter :P But I agree a partly blind and deaf cat would be much safer around birds. Still, if I got a cat I'd want a kitten to train.

Kitten's are cute, but i'd prefer something older. I spoke to the chick and she said that she wrote that thing about dogs because she just assumed she didn't like dogs but since they'e been living at her mum's she's been good with the 3 dogs that are there.

Luke's saying no right now, but i'm sure i can bring him around.

Kali, she is very beautiful. Expect some problems with you dog. She is half blind and seeing a huge white mass coming at her may frighten her. I would definitely go and meet her and take it from there. Good luck.

Zac is learning that when he's inside he's 'on the bed,' which my older dog already knows. They are only inside when i'm home anyway, so they would never be together unsupervised and the bird room door can be easily closed when i'm not home as well. It would be easy to keep everyone separated when i'm not around and if we were to have people over or occasionally we have big parties i have a garage with a big back room and a comfy couch i could put her in.

I'm just trying to bring Luke around. He says he hates cats but i know he wouldn't hate her! I'm gonna get him to SEE her before i shut up about it :)

Haha, hopefully he will come around before tomorrow. She's only n the next suburb to me!
