I love mineral makeup. Doesn't cake like liquid foundations and last very long. My skin stays clear from breakout.

I have a couple different brands of it. I break out when I wear any kind of makeup including mineral. :(
I used to wear make up every day but finally gave up.
What brands do you two use?

I have been reluctant. My Mary Kay lady keeps trying... I don't do change well (creature of habit), especially when I have not heard much about it. Its good to read some positives... maybe I will give it a try. I can not say I have not been curious.

A little goes a long way. You have to do it in fine layers. When I first tried it I used too much and it showed my wrinkles. You have to really work it down into the fibers of a soft brush. Tap it out and I even blow it off first. I tracked one night with the dog and was all sweat and hubby said I looked fresh and ready to go out, lol!!!!

I also use Loreal with a better, softer brush.

I use the Mary Kay mineral stuff and I like it. I do use it over the top of regular foundation, I use the Mary Kay creme to powder stuff and with the mineral powder over it, I get great coverage and it doesn't break my skin out! I will always spend a little more money for good makeup and Mary Kay is the only stuff I wear, I love it! The only thing I don't use it the face washes and stuff for that I use the Proactive system, keeps my skin blemish free!
