wow! VERY lucky he wasn't in it! That bear must have been pretty bummed he went through all that trouble and didn't find anything to eat. lol

My bf and I just mulled over these photos - they are amazing!!!! I cant believe he duct taped that plane up and just flew off. Seriously, thats unbelievable. Thanks for sharing!!!

That guy had some serious balls to fly that thing, lol. I have flown small aircraft before... similar to that... and i'll tell you that duct tape is probably just as secure as the sheet metal on the body lol.

That is really scary! I just saw a mythbusters where they made a sailboat out of duct tape, it sailed great and did not leak at all. It really is amazing what you can do with duct tape.

The only thing you really can't use duct tape for is taping ducts. Sounds stupid, but the adhesive on duct tape is not water proof. When you are dealing with piping hot and cold air around, specifically the cold air will cause condensation on the outside of the ductwork, and over a period of a few years, it will eat away at the adhesive and you will have leaks all over your attic. So I doubt it would last very long on the plane or on the boat.
