Well I am getting everything ready to leave on Saturday. I will be having a live in Pet Sitter. I have explained everything an I have written instructions. Abbey really likes him. He doesn't know exactly what to do with her but I think she will be taken care of properly. I have been freaking out about leaving the children. My hubby says everything will be fine. So hopefully there will be internet in the hotel in Florida an I can get on my laptop.

I know the feeling! Thats exactly how I felt last weekend, I hated leaving everyone. We had a nearly live in person too which was great because Roxy, who is prone to anxiety when we are gone for long periods, didnt freak out too much and try and eat the couch (yes, she's done that before). Im sure your kids will be fine, Im sure you are leaving them in trusted hands - plus, Im sure you have a cell phone so they can reach you just in case. Have fun on your trip!!! How long are you gone??

Have fun, and enjoy the weather! Talked to my mom and she said it finally cooled down today so it should be perfect weather for you.

Where are you staying? I am so jealous, but it's not too bad since I found out yesterday that my boss is letting me have off 2 weeks at Christmas, so only a little under 2 months and I'll be down there too! I miss it so much.

We are going to Orlando to meet his mom then one day in Jacksonville to try to find the area we want to live in.

I hope it goes well. I haven't been in Florida since 2000. I am still a little jaded from it.

We found out today that we might be taking my car down instead of my hubby's car. His started smokin and it might be his turbo. Great... my car isn't really good for long drives.

I recommend you check out Saint Augustine, its 30 minutes away from jacksonville and closer to orlando. I like it way more; my dad and I used to live in jacksonville but we moved; Saint Augustine hasss wayyyyyyyyyyyy less crime, better place to live and there is an exotic bird store I used to go all the time! I LOVED it there.

You should stop by the store. It's awesome

We are being stationed in Mayport, Jacksonville. So St. Augustine would be a far drive for my hubby. I am looking are out St. Johns Bluff. I don't want to be to close to the base but not to far either.

I am leaving tomorrow... I hope everything does well. I am not sure if the hotel we are staying at in Florida has internet. I know That the second week we will be at my parents house is Georgia. So I will be able to fill my need for BB. I just really hope everything goes well with my sitter. I hate leaving the children behind. I will get toys while we are gone so maybe they wont be to mad when we come home.
