Coupons.... Help please??

I've never been much of a coupon cutter, but this year a friend of mine from my daughter's school is an ultra-coupon person. Since the talk of late has been about our feathered friends and how we can do better financially due to the economy, I wanted to ask for tips as to how you use coupons to save $$ on household items and groceries.

Any online places have good coupons?
