My hubby is on is way back home from Va to spend the day with me and his Feathered kids. The Fids got him the new Black and Decker automatic tape measure, a cake and a card.

On antoher note....My Stirling has been with me two years today. The celebration is bittersweet, because Stirling came to live with me when my father became too ill to care for his greys anymore. Bubba another Congo, WHO HATED ME....went to live with my friend, who is the perfect dad to him. Stirling stayed here.
My dad was in a nursing home and suffered from vascular dimencia for a year, before passing away June 22, 2004. HE would be very happy to know his beloved babies are safe, and very much loved.

So for all of you who are fortuate enough to have your dads still with you.....dont pass up the opportunity to tell them you love them.
I miss my dad alot. Especially today.
