Riding sideseat

hey guys

New question: my bird has a tendency to burrow, sleep, hide and ride inside my shirt for hours on end. I think it's for the heat or the smell of my deodorant She seems to be very content and gets grumpy and angry when I try to remove her even to put her to bed at nite . Do any of you have birds that do this? And to what extent?

Oh lovebirds in particular love to find little places like pockets and inside of shirts and snuggle up there. I once had one that like to lie in my cupped hand and have me cover him with the other had. Soooooo cute

What kind of bird? My roommate has a Patagonian conure who snuggles up between his neck and shoulder and lays on his side and falls asleep.

Lovebird naturally like to find a warm, dark spot to hide and snooze in. The only thing I would be concerned with honestly, is if your lovebird is snuggling near your armpit, the deodorant could be hazardous...just my 2 cents.

Bubbles is a lovebird.

Thanks for the info. However, do your lovies like to spend hours upon end like that?

Generally the younger ones tend to want to find the "hiding" places more than the older ones.
