Unhappy Peanut
well the breeder called to tell me he died this morning. this after we actually thought he was getting better. I'm heartbroken

I'm sorry to hear about Peanut. Will the breeder have a necropsy done? You should suggest it, especially if your other bird was related to this one or spent time with him.
