Oh, what pretty little peachies!

Do you have more of a history on them (age, gender, etc.)? Maybe that could help...

For now, shower them with love and offer them fresh veggies with their current diet (are they on seeds or pellets?).

Best of luck!

How is Tokkori settling in? SUCH a pretty love - I'm so glad that you were able to bring him (her?) home!

I have the similar problem, recently i got some birds they are healthy and active, but they lost feathers from some parts of there bodies, is it cause of a diet system or bad place or what? and what do you recommend to help them to get feathers back ?

They are beautiful! :) About feathers: the peachface I am taking care of, belongs to a friend, has the same problem with his feathers above the neck (upper part). My friend told me that last time he left Ciko at friend's place for 4 months, after he picked him up he was without feathers! His friend didn't say anything. Very strange and iresponsible, I would always report any change in parrot's behaviour etc. if I would be in charge with someone else's bird. Ciko is fine but, when he bends his head down I can see his neck with no feathers. Makes me sad. There are some folicules around and new feather growing but, that's not enough to cover all. He is here for a month and will stay at least until May next year, maybe longer, I don't know at the moment. He is on sead diet only, I am trying with fruit and vegies but he wouldn't touch :(. Otherwise, fantastic bird in every way. I just hope his feather can grow again.
It is unlikely they can pluck themselves, in my opinion, but, still strange the missing feathers are from the same spot. If they plucked, it should be at the front on the breast for example.

Birdy from photos is 4-5 years old. It is male and he lost feathers last year. If love birds can live 15 years or more, I would expect baldness a bit later. Do only males loose their feathers that way?
