What color is this?

This is the single lovebird left from the two I rescued. I decided to seperate them since I dont want any breeding going on, and the dark one went to go live with a friend of mine. This is the one that I have decided to keep, his/her name is Mango.

Any idea on the color/age? Sorry about the pic quality, my camera was dying :(

She's a beauty. Mauve Pallid (aka Australian Cinnamon).

That is NOT Australian Cinnamon. I have an Australian Cinnamon (Pallid) and she is very Yellow. Now American Cinnamon is less yellow.

Or are you saying she is Mauve AND Pallid. What is the face called?

I would say...it looks like an American more than an Australian. as australians are quite yellow and americans much lighter ~N

I did find this bird on the african lovebird site (Listed as a Seagreen American Cinnamon), and it looks a LOT like mango (who I put down here again as well so you can see them side to side), except that mango is just a touch more olive, and has a greyish blue rump instead of a bright blue, which seems to me that would definitely indicate she has "slate". 'Course, I have only been reading about lovebird genetics for the last week or so!
