Good news on a sad day
On a day like this, It was just incredibly good news to be able to go in to check on the birds and see Sushi and Sake in the new nesting box together. I peeked in and the egg that I had placed in there had been shifted down, so it looks like they had burried it a bit. Hopefully mamma will lay the rest in the box and keep her stress down. Thank God!

That's wonderful news! If the egg is fertile and hatches, please name it after the poor macaw who died in the housefire.
