Bad Wing Clip

Hi guys. I have a new lovebird, Ellie. She is about 2-3 months old. Her wings are clipped, but she still flies quite well (enough to where she flew into one of my windows...) My problem is her right wing looks very much different than her left wing. It is more "square" cut rather than rounded. I'm wondering if there are just more feathers clipped on this side...? Also, there are little "white dots" at the edge of these feathers, and I am wondering if this is just where new feathers will regrow...? I am hoping there is no harm to her wings, and am a little concerned...

I had a conure that wings were butchered to the extent that taking him places people would ask what is wrong with his wings and a omg who the heck butchered that poor baby it was done by a store owner who had it in her head that "oh I know what I am doing" and proceeded to show people how to clip wings with her own personal birds she tried this with me as well. When looking at him you could see the whites of what were the blood feathers luckily she didnt go any shorter than what she did otherwise he would of bled out (she not only cut the flights but the entire wing) just be careful with your lil one from how you describe it sounds like what she did to my lil guy (but with both wings) dont worry they will grow back in her next molt the white you probably see are the feather shafts its a sad sight just use caution when your lovie is out of thier cage she will be unbalanced at least this is what I found dealing with my lil butcher baby. She may of been a strong flier and the person who had her prior might of thought that if they cut more she would fly less My other conure that I clip will fly like the wind after her wings are clipped and man can she fly lol it just shows that you have a very healthy and strong girl that no amount of clipping can deter. place clings on your windows that way she knows her boundaries and will not harm herself when out.
