eggs

somebody told me I could feed my birds hard boiled eggs. I was wondering do I give them the egg shell and all?

Well!!! I have another question.... This afternoon i gave my kids some cheddar and broccoli soup and i went upstairs to do laundry and i came downstairs to find my 5 year old had taken out the lovebird and was feeding him his soup!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't know how much the bird ate but I cleaned him up and put him back in his cage. He was really digging into it when i saw him too. I am worried!! Is he going to be ok?

oh man thanks for replying.. i was so scared he was going to die. I am happy to report he is just fine but will never have the pleasure of eating broccoli cheese soup EVER AGAIN!!!!!! lol

yes that is his FAVORITE veggie of all time. He LOVES broccoli tops. He eats them and shakes his head and the crumbs fly all over the wall. He makes a big mess! lol. I just know he loved that soup. He quietly squeaked at me when i took him away from it and opened his beak at me. lol
