What is considered pied?
hi yall! I have a lovebird that I have had for just a little while and he has a few yellow feathers on his wings and he seems like he has a light yellow to his green on his back. Its not really obvious but I can see it. Does it have to be pretty obvious to be pied? Its not like it really matters I'm just curious! I tried google this subject but nothing came up.

this is what a normal peachface lovebird looks like...
![]() Here are some pics of pied lovebirds... ![]() ![]() ![]() As you can tell, the pieds do not all look alike. A pied could have only a few small pied markings, or they could be a clear pied, where-in they have no markings (although I don't know how it works completely with lovebirds).
