Babies!
Our pair of lovebirds laid eggs with the first hatching on Thanksgiving day. We pulled them last weekend to start handfeeding. I haven't hand fed any birds since I was a kid. So, the breeder we got the pair from invited us over to show us the proper way. All is going well. Here's a quick picture.

This maybe a duplicate post, but the first one didn't show up.

awww congrats my eggs didnt make it this clutch. but more are on the way! take care of those little ones... hehe

Just wanted to bond with them a little more. Plus, to get some experience. We wanted the mom to do her thing for a little while, and she was super. There doing well and actually eating a little pellet food and millet today.

Very cute!! I'd love to see updated pictures!! I'd also love to see pictures of the parents!! Looks like you've got yourself some Dutch Blues and one with Violet!!
