Hi! First off, welcome!! To get help, it would be MUCH better to start your own thread so that everyone sees it. Do you know if you've got a confirmed pair - male and female?
Okay, so the first thing you need to do is separate the male and female IMMEDIATELY. You don't want the female attacking him to the point of death. At this point, it doesn't matter if your eggs are fertile or not. Your live male should be of more concern, in my opinion. After you've separated them into different cages, you can check to see if the eggs are fertile by candling them with a flashlight.

How long ago did she lay her fifth egg? You don't want to remove them because she may lay more eggs to make up for the ones lost. If the eggs aren't fertile, you can just leave them there for 23 after the last egg was laid and then remove them. Once the eggs are gone from the nest, it's best to remove any and all nesting material from the cage so that this doesn't happen again.
Second, your male needs to see the vet if he's been hurt that badly.
