First Post! Need help with Lovebird mutation...

Hello all. i've been lurking for a while and finally joined.
I have 2 Peachies, 1 seagreen(Friskey) and 1 creamino(Guero)...

Anyways, I am getting a new baby from the same parents of my other 2 and need help figuring out what mutation he is.
Here's a pic, sorry for the bad quality. He's about 6 weeks old. He has no peach color on his forehead and is basically white around his face.

He's a greyish green with blue under the wings and on the tail feathers...

We think he's a seagreen, but his lack of peach color is confusing... Will it come in after time?

Thanks in advance for any help!

It looks to be a Seagreen American Cinammon. Is there any brown tint to the feathers?

P.S.- The other two are beautiful as well! Do you know the colors of the parents? If the mother is not lutino (or creamino) then the creamino is definatly a girl since it is a sex linked trait.

Yeah, he's sort of tinted green, almost like camo. Not like any of his siblings from other clutches says the breeder. There were also 2 lutinos in this clutch... Seagreen American Cinnamon. That's a mouth full. He's beautiful. In searching online, i couldn't really find any others that look like him. Are these rare? He's very sweet too. Much more calm than the 2 lutinos...

Thanks for the compliment! We love our birds! They're just about 1 year. Are there any concerns about bringing home the baby? We have another cage for him and plan on having him in a separate room for the first few weeks, but other than that should i worry? We plan on having him solo so we can train him better than our other 2. The other 2 are social, but definitely a close pair. They won't let us get near them in their cage, but outside the cage they are sweet. I hope the new guy is more friendly to us. We have been holding him a lot everyday since about 4 weeks old.

Thanks again and I'm happy to be amongst lovebird freaks!

P.S. yes the mother is not an -ino, and we suspect Guero to be a girl as she's more aggressive and has taken to shredding and even tucking some paper scraps...

We had a seagreen, however your cinnamon seems to be kinda rare around here. They are both very beautiful mutations!

From the pictures, it looks like a Medium Whitefaced Seagreen American Cinnamon, but would like to see more pictures of the rump because I'm not sure if it has a Violet factor or not. As for the no apricot on the forehead, after it's first molt it may show up. If it does, it's not a Whitefaced.

More pictures in general would be good. Hehe.

Are those pictures in natural light?

Do you know what Pippin's parents are? Cinnamon is a sex-linked mutation so you may be able to find out sex by knowing what the parents are.

Mayaexquisite, you did better than me! The violet factor can be hard to detect without a picture of the rump directly like you said. But I am talking about the dark factor. Good call on it being a single dark factor. I asked about an ino mother for the sex of the creamino that he has. You are right again that if the mother is not a cinnamon either than it is a female.

So the mother is a dark green with an orange face and black/orange tail feathers. Almost no blue on her at all. Dad is a dutch blue. I'll try to get a pic of mom next time we visit...
Sad story actually, but the dad has flown away! A few weeks ago the birds escaped their cage. The mom was recovered as her wings were clipped recently, but the dad was not. The cage was outside on a patio on a beautiful sunny day. I guess they got restless so they made a break for it. The babies were about 4 weeks at that point and the mom has been doing great with the babies by herself since then. She actually seemed happier when the dad was gone...
At least the owners of the parents get 2 new lutino babies, but the mom is without a mate now. She's a bit fussy anyways, so she'll probably be fine alone.

Thanks everyone for the help. More pics to come, i promise. And Pippin's rump is a bright powder blue, almost violet tinted...
