Tha peach face is the girl and is about 1year old and I don't no the age of the black mask.
He is smaller then the girl.
I was told it could take up to a year to pear up.
am not looking for them to pear up and have babys but to sit side by side.
So how long can it take to pear up?

It could happen over night or it might take months before they are fully comfortable with each other. Chances are that it will take at least a few weeks. Generally speaking, it's best to keep them with their own species though. Peachies can be aggressive. In the meantime, put a few extra food and water bowls in the cage so they each have spots to drink and eat alone.

The best way to get them together is to keep the cages side by side and let them chat with each other. Then you can put the female in the male's cage for longer and longer periods of time (under supervision) and see how they progress. If the black masked turns out to be female, don't try to put them together.

It's definitely best to keep them in separate cages and just let them interact together during out-of-cage time. The only time different species can/should be housed together is in a really large aviary where there's tons of room to fly and get away, etc. The other situation where I think it MAY be okay is if both of them were male, because no eggs would result from them.

Is your Peachfaced female a female for sure? Like she's laid eggs, is sex-linked, or DNA'd? It may be best to DNA sex both of them so you know what both are. If they're both females, it really wouldn't be a good idea to house them together in a cage.

P.S. Where are the pictures?? I wanna see them!! And what are their names??
