There are albino peachfaces (being bred now in the Philippines) -- with the very red eyes (not the usual) and very white; this is not an albino -- it is a Creamino like they said, and the yellowish tinge (possibly a blue/violet tail) will get more so as time goes on. A Lutino has very yellow feathers on the body with a red face, like in the picture. Lutino is a green series, whereas Creamino is blue series. Creaminos have a white face.

Looking at mom's browline and how jagged it is, I thought she is Pied... and the last picture of the Pied baby just confirms it. Hehe. The Blue series baby in the middle looks like a Seagreen. You are able to get Blue series babies from the Green series parents because both are split to Blue, like Valerie said (BTW, hi Valerie!! Nice to see you here now too!!).

So mom is a Pied Lutino, split to Blue. Dad is a Normal Green, split to Blue and Ino.
