She still looks young.
My lovebird is either a Seagreen or Dutch blue (never can remember). She was much darker as a baby.

Baby picture

Adult colours (she looks a tad more blue than she really is because of the light that day)

I would say a dutch blue or a white faced blue. I know that she is not very young (beak color) but if she is still young then that could make a difference. The breeder could know better than a visual now from us as she should know the parents' mutations.

It will depend on if your normal green lovebird is split to anything. Do you know it's parents history? If it is NOT split to Blue or any sex-linked mutations, you will only get green babies that look just like the father. You will not get any Blue series babies unless dad is split for it. If you end up with any sex-linked babies, such as Ino or Cinnamon, then it means dad is split and those offspring are female.

Does your bird have any light peach or orange shading to its face?
If so then I would say it looks to me like a dutch blue.
Like someone said you bird is still fairly young and the coloring will vary with different birds.
