Its difficult to change stress related behaviours. In all probability, it will correct itself now that you are once again home. Bird often use feather destruction like humans use nail biting.
Try providing more interesting stimulating toys and games to keep her occupied. Hide treats such a nuts in little bags and make her forage for them. Distraction will probably go a long way in keeping her beak away from her feathers.
