I think its tight for a BG. Their tails are long and by the time you add some perches, toys and swing, its gonna shrink. Figure on a swing the bird will have to be at least a foot down from the top of the cage to the perch on the swing.
I wouldn't house a BG in anything smaller than a 4' x3" x 6 foot cage. JMHO
