Molting or Pulling??

I am owned by a 8 month old b&g female named Tiki, I have had her for 5 months now. Within the past week I have noticed alot of down feathers and some smaller blue feathers. The blue feathers seem to be coming out from the back side base of her neck, shoulder blade area. Is she going into her first molt already or is she starting to pull her feathers? At what age do they usually go into their first molt? She is usually only in her cage at night and seems like most of the feathers I find outside her cage. I have picked up maybe a dozen as of now. Quite a bit of the downy feathers also. If it is not molt I want to help her through what ever may be stressing her. We have moved her cage so she can see out the windows better, given her some new toys etc. I try to spend a good amount of time with her everyday. I am still giving her a hand feeding every other day and am trying new foods. Finally starting to eat the pellets.. :) She did not even seem to know what they were when I brought her home. At 3 months though she probably did not. She loves carrots, sweet potatos, green beans, celery, apples, grapes, and quite a wide variety of all of the above. Any suggestions if this is a molt or pulling????? She weighs 890 grams. She has grown alot in 5 months since I brought her home.

shes at the right age to moult for babies, right at about 8-9 months of age is when our babies start their first moult, usually around the chest and neck area first, then it goes to their heads :) i wouldnt be worried too much about it, unless you actually see her pulling or chewing her feathers :)
