You ought to try and get some antiobiotics from an avian vet.... warm up the car, put him in a carrier, cover the carrier up, and take him out... then take him to the vet.
In the meantime, you can increase the heat/humidity in your house, and take him into the bathroom every time you take a shower... this will help with his sinus's.

First things first.... get him to the vet, second is humitity levels.
Next.... Other birds around? Cockatiels, Cockatoos, African Grays... These are just 3 of the dust producing birds kept in the home. Macaws can be sensative to the dust produced by other birds, B&G's are more prone and other variaties. If he is housed with dusties, is there an air purifier in the room... and is it large enough? If it comes down to he's not sick, and it's not other dusties, and not humidity levels, then it could be allergies. New food? moulds? A furnace and vents that haven't been cleaned in a while? The vet would be more able to offer suggestions that will help. Good luck! |
