Question New Hair Cut Posing a Problem

I have a B&G Macaw and I am fostering an M2. I have gotten a hair cut (drastic) and the B&G (my baby) is very unsure of me. I was wondering if any of you have gone through this and if there is any advice you can give on what I can do to reasure him it is me (mom).

Will he figure it out in a few day or have I lost some trust?

Please help!
(I will never do this again) It is killing me!

Tonya

I've got some friends that have had the same reaction to hair cuts, dye jobs, even a different/new sweater in a color that their bird thought unacceptable.
Give it time, and they will adjust... just don't be so dramatic next time!
