Just from past experience, white blood cells too high and red too low means infection of some kind. Potassium level too low could mean infection also. Along with medication which the vet prescribed, get her on some foods that will up the potassium level i.e. bananas, cooked sweet potatoes. Ask the vet about some other foods you can give her to help. The good thing about medicine (antibiotics) is it helps kill the infection/bacteria. The bad thing is it takes some of the good antibodies (infecton fighting) the body has too. Keep up her strength with an extra good diet right now along with the medicine.
