Oh he is. He's so funny. I've nicknamed him (among other things) my little ratbag.
I hoping to catch some of his antics on video. Apparently he puts his face in his water bowl and says.."Blah blah blah blah!" and comes up with spiked feathers...LOL. I can already tell he's going to be a "hopper" too. He likes to hop or jump when he gets excited.

OMG thats too funny. As we speak I have a grey behind me saying oink oink oink oink over and over and he hasnt said it in forever. Birdies crack me up daily.
