I would say that's a good weight for a 9 mo old. The important thing is she's eating well and eating healthy and has a good healthy variety of foods to choose from.
From what my avian vets have told me, an adult can weigh anywhere from 900 to 1500 g's. Just don't get them fat. My vet told me obesity is worse than having them run a little on the lean side.
