Question hahn's macaw diet question

I just acquired a baby Hahn's macaw. S/he is fully weaned and doing well on a diet of seed, pellets, and fresh veggie/fruit and some table food. I know that macaws in general require a higher fat content in their diets than other parrot species. For example, my greenwing macaw eats a lot of nuts and I know she needs to eat them. Do the smaller macaws, like Hahn's also require a higher fat content in their diet? Should my hahn's get more nuts in her/his diet? I tried to research this but haven't found any info of help. Thanks!

We feed our Hahn's fruit and veggies in the morning, leave harrisons pellets in their bowl during the day and then give them a nut mixture in the evening. All our birds have about the same diet except our big blue birds that get the higher fat macadamia nuts. I would not worry about providing a higher fat content, monitor her weight. Our mini macaws are, hahns, noble, yellow collar, and redfront.

Gary's advise sound rreal good. i do about the same for my Hahn's except I put a seed and nut mixture on her playgym and keep peletes in the cage. Fruit and veggies in the cage in the AM. She spend time in the late afternnon on the gym. so this works out basically the same as what gary does. Alf is happy healthy and full of spunk.

Thank you all for the advice. I'm feeding her the same seed mix as my dusky conure, which has smaller bits of nuts and seed, whereas by greenwing's mix contains full-size nuts. She seems to be enjoying her veggies and fruits and especially likes sweet potato.

Jodi, I see you have a blue throated macaw. How old is she? Would you recommend this species as a pet? I know they are quite uncommon.
