Looking for a Friend for my Lucky B&G Macaw in North Jersey,

Hello,
I live in Union New Jersey, and I have a B&G, I have had him for a year, I don't think he has ever seen or interacted with another macaw, I wanted to know if anyone in the area would like to come over for a play date.
Lucky doesn't fly, and when ever i am outside I put him at his favorite spot in a tree in my yard.
Let me know if anyone is interested in visiting.
Thanks

I live too far away.Maybe theres a bird club near you you could join.I was wondering if you let your bird out loose or with some kind of restraint.Im getting a macaw in 3 weeks and want to take her outside.

Oscars Mom,
Lucky stays loose on the tree and in my front yard with no restraints at, the most flying he has done in the past was glide down from a 5ft ladder.
I have only had him for about 8 month, and figured out right away that he can not fly, that's why I leave him on the tree.
I do not recomend you letting your bird loose outside without a harness.
I believe lucky is a special case.
You can start off slowly by letting your bird loose in the house and see what happens from there.

Thats a beautiful bird Seth, too bad I live in GA My baby girl Hannah would love his company, aren't you a little worried about Lucky catching something from being around another bird?............LMB

That idea had not crossed my mind. Thanks.
By the responses, I doubt that this will ever happen.
I have search for Bird Clubs and found one in NJ but it's about an Hour away and that's too far for me.

Hello, My name is Joe and belong to the Baltimore Bird fanciers. We meet every 3rd Sunday at the towson library and your macaw is welcome to come along. You don't have to be a member or if deside to join, it's only $20.00 per year and this includes all expos in MD. We have a huge Expo in September that you may too want to check out. Just go Google to check us out. We even go on small trips together like the WA Dc zoo 3 weekends ago on a bus trip. Good luck with your B&G. JJones1719
