looking for a bird toy (pic)

i have this toy that my romeo loves , but it broke , and i want to get him another one , but can`t find them?? it`s a big plastic ring and there`s a square or house looking thing that the ring goes into, inside that square thing is a small round ball. the rind is heavy plastic 1/2 in dia and the square house thing is heavy rubber, same with the ball inside. this could also be a dog toy. i have included a picture also, any info on where i could get one? the name of the toy? a web site that sells these toys?
thanks

Looks like something you can make yourself. Try using a shower curtain ring and a bead.
Try Bell Plastics (they make Acrylic Bird Toys)
or For The Birds (they too make acrylic)
