Lessee.... Mikey Blue, Ceilidh, Rowan and Kenobi from breeders. Bob, Arthur, Bowie and Petey McSweet (a Sun Conure) from 2 local bird specialty stores. Eddie came from an individual looking to place him on Craigslist. We are his 4th home.

I got Phoenix, my Rose breasted cockatoo from the independent petstore I work at. She is my lovely girl and I don't regret getting her at all. However, I don't think I would ever buy another bird; I'd rather give a loving home to an unwanted bird needing to be rehomed. I just see so many birds being listed in the paper and on the online classifieds, it breaks my heart.
