He's doing well. He's about finished with his meds. It seems like his face is filling out a little more. Thanks for asking.

amy take good care of your little one and always keep hand sanitizer everywhere you go. use it before and after you touch him. i know that sounds dumb but my vet told me to do that.

Good Gravy!
I hadn't seen this post before now - what a way to give you a heart attack. I think Papaya is about the cutest little macaw I have ever seen and I got quite attached to him when i saw his picture for the first time. Are you going to do a second CBC after all the meds are done? I just had new CBCs done on some macaws I have that had infections and their results just came back with great news - everyone is in the clear after their meds! I'll keep Papaya in my prayers. HE sure is a sweet little guy and you are a very good momma! -Anna
